Design Consultants meet homeowners seeking custom storage solutions, guiding them from consultation to purchase, building client relationships, presenting options, and closing sales for closets, offices, garages, and more.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and track record of closing
• Experience in consultative selling, in-home sales, remodeling, or related industries preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to earn trust quickly
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a commission-based sales environment
• Ability to manage a schedule independently and travel throughout Central Florida
• Willingness to conduct in-home consultations and use design processes and tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with qualified leads throughout Central Florida
• Build rapport with homeowners and understand needs, budget, and preferences
• Create customized storage solutions using company design tools
• Present designs, materials, and pricing options
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow-up activities
• Coordinate with production and installation teams for project completion
• Represent Closet Factory brand in meetings, showrooms, and events
