Job summary

Midwest Bath is seeking a dynamic in-home sales consultant to demonstrate our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel solutions to homeowners. This role emphasizes a one-call close, high verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to travel within a 2-hour radius from home.

You will complete financing paperwork, coordinate with the admin/ops teams, and grow with our growing dealer network in the IA/IL region. This is a 1099 contracting position with significant earning potential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.
• Willing to travel within a 2-hour radius from home.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products and services to homeowners using a proven in-home sale methodology.
• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with Admin and Operations for project completion.

Pay for performance is a salesperson’s greatest compensation motivator! Our compensation plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate and the opportunity to reach your true earning potential. With this pay structure, our sales consultants earn $90,000 to $200,000 and more in annual income following the initial 2 weeks of training. Get paid what you’re worth and enjoy what you do!

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.
• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
• Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

• The owner of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Schedule:

• Full time - 5 days a week M-F with alternating Saturdays
• Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots; 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 6:00pm Monday - Friday, 10:00am and 2:00pm on Saturdays.
• Road warrior - must be comfortable driving an average of 1000 miles a week.
