New Bath Today is seeking an in-home sales consultant (1099 contractor) to work with homeowners within roughly a 2-hour radius of your home. You will demonstrate Kohler bath products, close sales in one call, and manage financing paperwork.

The role offers commission-based earnings with a base pay range and substantial earning potential, plus the autonomy of working as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.
• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
• Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project.

Basic Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

• Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently.
• The owner of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Schedule

• We’ll provide you with preassigned sales leads up to 5 days a week, Monday through Saturday. Ability to run weekend appointments when desired and they’re available!
• Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots: 10:00am, 2:00pm, 6:00pm, with Saturday running 10am and 2pm appointments.
• Road warrior – must be comfortable driving an average of 500-1000 miles a week and up to 3 hours from your home base.
