Job summary

Midwest Bath is seeking a results-oriented sales consultant to demonstrate our products in-home and guide customers through the sales process. You will handle paperwork, financing, and coordinate with Admin and Operations to finish projects on schedule.

The role emphasizes a One Call Close approach with a strong earnings potential, traveling within a 2-hour radius from home, and operating as a 1099 contractor. Excellent communication and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products and services to homeowners using a proven in-home sale methodology.
• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.

Pay for performance is a salesperson’s greatest compensation motivator! With this pay structure, our sales consultants earn $90,000 to $200,000 and more in annual income following the initial 2 weeks of training. Get paid what you’re worth and enjoy what you do!

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.
• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
• Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project.

Basic Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

• Ability and comfortability traveling to sales leads anywhere in and around a 2 hour radius from your home.

• The ability to not take “no” personally and a healthy sense of competitiveness.
• Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently.
• The owner of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Schedule

• Full time – 5 days a week M-F with alternating Saturdays
• Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots; 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 6:00pm Monday - Friday, 10:00am and 2:00pm on Saturdays.
• Road warrior – must be comfortable driving an average of 1000 miles a week.
