Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable learning technical design software and CAD systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners.
• Build strong client relationships through a consultative sales process.
• Design customized organizational solutions using CAD software.
• Create and present design proposals and pricing.
• Manage projects from consultation through installation.
• Prospect, network, and generate referral opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
