3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design beautiful, custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit. You'll manage your own schedule with company-provided appointments, enjoy uncapped earning potential with average earnings around $70K–$100K+, and receive three weeks of paid training plus a comprehensive benefits package.

• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
