3 Day Blinds, a national retailer and manufacturer of custom window treatments, seeks a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design beautiful solutions, and guide them to confident buying decisions during a single visit.

You'll work with company-provided appointments, receive four weeks of paid training, and enjoy uncapped earning potential. Mileage reimbursement and full benefits accompany a high-impact career with a national brand.

• Confident, coachable, and able to work independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver a top-notch experience from first visit to installation.
