3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made window treatments. As a Design Consultant, you'll meet clients in their homes, design beautiful window solutions, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to close sales in-home after presenting design options.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
