3 Day Blinds is seeking Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and close sales on the spot. You'll be trained, work with provided appointments, and earn uncapped commissions. Travel locally, manage your own schedule, and grow with a national brand.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
