Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in homes, design beautiful window treatments, and guide them through purchase decisions in a single visit. You’ll work with company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential.

Applicants should be people-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field. Reliable transportation is required, and some weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
