3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design customized window treatments, and guide confident buying decisions. With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you can build a high-impact career from day one.

You will manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups, while growing your business through referrals. Tools provided include a laptop, smartphone, and product samples, plus mileage

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles.
• No prior design experience required – training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
