3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision. You will work with company-provided appointments, receive training, and have uncapped earning potential in a full-time role.

As a local travel-focused role, you will manage your own schedule, build relationships, and grow your income through referrals while delivering an exceptional client experience from first visit to installation.

• Able to work independently in the field with local travel.
• Flexible to weekend work and four weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver a great customer experience from first visit to installation.
