3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. This full-time role focuses on in-home sales and design consultations, guiding clients through the purchase of window treatments during single visits.

You will meet clients in their homes, design tailored solutions, and close sales with the support of company-provided appointments and paid training, aiming for a high-performing, uncapped earning outcome.

Qualifications

• Natural people person with ability to build relationships and help others feel confident in decisions.
• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality or customer-facing roles perform well here.
• Willingness to train in window treatments and design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to style and budget.
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales in-home.
• Manage schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Generate referrals and network locally to grow business.
• Deliver exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
