3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. In this Design Consultant role, you’ll meet clients in their homes, help design beautiful window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit.

You’ll have company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, enabling a high-impact career from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles preferred (sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service).
• Ability to build relationships and guide clients through decisions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales in-home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
