3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. Our Design Consultants meet clients in their homes, help design beautiful solutions, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

This full-time role includes company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, uncapped earning potential with commissions, and full benefits as you build a career with a national brand.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service or retail are well-suited.
• No design experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in homes to understand their needs and recommend custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
