Qualifications

• No prior design experience required — we’ll train you.
• Strong ability to build relationships and guide clients to a decision.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
