You will manage your own schedule with company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential. Tools provided include a laptop and smartphone, plus mileage reimbursement and full benefits as you grow with a national brand.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds that do well include sales, hospitality, customer service, and retail.
• No prior design experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend right window treatments.
• Create simple design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
