Job summary

West Shore Home in Denver, CO seeks an in-home Design Consultant to convert warm leads into sales. You will follow a rotating schedule and conduct 2-hour appointments, guiding customers through a personalized one-call close.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in any environment.

• Smartphone or smart device required to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1-2 Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3-4 Tue-Fri 9:00–7:00 and Sat 9:00–2:00.
• Sales appointments ~2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process; no cold-calling; warm leads only.
