Job summary

3 Day Blinds is expanding its in-home Design Consultant team. You will meet clients in their homes, design beautiful, custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit with company-provided appointments and paid training.

This full-time role offers uncapped earning potential and mileage reimbursement while you build relationships, close sales in the field, and manage your own schedule from initial contact through installation.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
• Reliable transportation and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow‑ups.
• Grow business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
