Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design beautiful, custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit. You will manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups, and build additional business through referrals and local networking, delivering an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.

Uncapped commissions with strong earning potential accompany company-provided appointments and three weeks

Qualifications

Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make confident decisions.
Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service or retail perform well.
No prior design experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
Create simple design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
