Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking Design Consultants who meet clients in their homes to design custom window treatments and guide them through the buying decision in a single visit. You will operate with company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential.

You’ll manage your own schedule, build business through referrals, and deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation. No prior design experience required; training provided.

• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing multiple appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend right window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
