3 Day Blinds is hiring in-home Design Consultants to help clients design custom window treatments, meet clients in their homes, guide them to confident buying decisions, and close sales on the first visit with company-provided appointments.

Four weeks of paid training, uncapped earning potential, and full benefits are offered, along with a laptop, smartphone, mileage reimbursement, and a pathway for career growth within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office.
• Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required — we'll train you.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
