Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident in-home buying decisions. You will manage your schedule with company-provided appointments, training, and uncapped earning potential.

You’ll travel locally, build relationships, and deliver an exceptional home-installation experience from start to finish while earning a competitive income and benefits.

Qualifications

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day, and 4 days during the week.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
