3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

You’ll have company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential as you build a high-impact career. Travel locally with your own vehicle and manage your schedule from first contact to installation.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail welcome.
• No prior design experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in homes and assess needs for custom window treatments.
• Propose design solutions tailored to style and budget.
• Guide clients through the purchase process and close sales in-home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Develop additional business through referrals and networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from initial visit to installation.
