Job summary

Up Closets of Houston is seeking a client-facing sales professional to conduct in-home consultations, guide homeowners through the design process, and help bring their dream spaces to life with custom closet solutions.

This commission-based role offers earnings between $50,000 and $100,000 per year, with performance bonuses, uniforms and tools provided, paid training, and opportunities for advancement as you build relationships and close deals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required; design experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with technology and design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Passion for design.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand storage needs and preferences.
• Design custom closets using our software.
• Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems.
• Collaborate with installation team to ensure accurate and efficient installation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design and installation process.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to design and customer service.
