Job summary

Rainer Bath & Shower in Tacoma, WA is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet homeowners in their residences and guide bath remodeling decisions. This role features pre-qualified leads, flexible scheduling, and substantial earning potential through commission.

You will design projects using our iPad-based tools, present pricing and financing options, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while growing with a locally owned company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable giving presentations and asking for the sale.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must live in or near the Spokane area.

Responsibilities

Compensation
