Job summary

Rainer Bath & Shower is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to join our growing team in Tacoma, WA. Meet with homeowners in their homes, assess needs, and design bath remodeling solutions using our iPad-based sales system.

This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, pre-qualified company-provided leads, flexible schedule, paid training, and growth opportunities with a locally owned company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable giving presentations and asking for the sale.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must live in or near the Spokane area.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments.
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solution.
• Design projects using our iPad-based sales system.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training.
