Job summary

Rainer Bath & Shower is seeking an in-home design consultant to meet with homeowners and design bathroom remodeling solutions using our iPad system. You will present pricing and financing options and guide customers toward a confident decision, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential with pre-qualified leads, flexible scheduling, paid training, and ongoing coaching in a locally owned company.

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
