Job summary

Rainer Bath & Shower is seeking an in-home sales representative to meet with homeowners and design bath remodels using an iPad system. The role offers a commission-based structure with unlimited earning potential, supported by pre-qualified leads and company-provided appointments.

You will present pricing, discuss financing options, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. A flexible schedule and ongoing coaching are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable giving presentations and asking for the sale
• Reliable transportation
• Must live in or near the Spokane area
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
