Job summary

Rainer Bath & Shower is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with homeowners in their homes across the Tacoma, WA area. The role offers a commission-based compensation plan with unlimited earning potential, reflecting strong sales performance and customer-focused service.

You will design bath remodeling projects using an iPad-based sales system, present pricing and financing options, and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable giving presentations and asking for the sale.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must live in or near the Spokane area.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
