Job summary

Rainer Bath & Shower is seeking an in-home sales representative to meet with homeowners in their residences using company-provided appointments. You will listen to customer needs, recommend bath remodeling solutions, design projects on an iPad, present pricing and financing options, and close sales to deliver outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solution
• Design projects using our iPad-based sales system
• Present pricing and financing options

• Attend weekly sales meetings and training

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus)

• Comfortable giving presentations and asking for the sale

• Must live in or near the Spokane area
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Successful representatives have the opportunity to earn $150,000 to $200,000+ annually based on performance.
