Providence Health & Services in Seattle is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to assess needs and deliver therapy services in North and East King County/South Snohomish. The COTA will be part of an Interdisciplinary Team and coordinate home care services.

The role requires a graduate of a COTA program and a Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant license upon hire. Join us to empower elders in the community to live independently.

Competenze

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Washington upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
