TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Ocala, Florida, is seeking experienced sales professionals to join a high-performing team. Expect uncapped earning potential with a base pay plus commissions and no cold calling, as leads are provided.

You will travel locally to homes and businesses for in-home estimates, educate customers about services, and close deals while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• In the field (80%): perform in-home estimates 3–4 days a week; travel locally to customer homes and businesses; take inventory and estimate moving costs; educate customers on services; handle displeased customers calmly.
• In office (1–2 days a week): input customer data into move software; prepare paperwork; follow up with customers; create performance reports; handle phone and online leads.

On-Site/Outside Relocation Sales Consultants

These professionals are an integral part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team. They are responsible for increasing sales, educating consumers about our company’s offerings, and upholding a high standard of quality and service, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Compensation

This position utilizes a base pay + commission model. Consultants receive a guaranteed hourly rate that is in conjunction with earned commissions, providing income stability while offering uncapped earning potential. The more business you book and retain, the more you earn.

• Base pay of $15.25 per hour plus commissions (average of $45,000-$65,000 annually)

What You'll Do

In the field (80% of workday) performing In Home Estimates 3-4 days a week.

• Travel locally to customer home and business locations.
• Survey the property and take down inventory to estimate moving costs.
• Recommend relevant value-added services.
• Educate customers on moving practices.
• Handle displeased customers calmly; communicate any concerns to management.
  
  
  

In office 1-2 days per week.

• Input customer information accurately into move software to create an estimate.
• Prepare all move-related paperwork.
• Gather customer feedback through regular follow-up calls.
• Create performance reports to track sales, customer satisfaction, and mystery shop data.
• Handle phone and web leads during In Office days.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2 or more years Sales Experience (Preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Friendly, professional personality.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills .
• Intermediate computer skills: familiar with Microsoft Office programs and able to learn new software.
