Qualifications

• Experience with personal care activities and assisting patients with daily living.
• Ability to operate lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
• Knowledge of hospice supportive care and medication reminders.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping activities.
• Provide patient-specific activities as taught by a nurse.
