Job summary

Right at Home Peachtree City is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs for in-home care, providing one-on-one support to clients in their homes. The role emphasizes flexibility, meaningful work, and a supportive team.

Caregivers will assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, and transportation, while following individualized care plans and reporting changes as needed. Training, development opportunities, and a path for pay advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA qualifications/credentials as required.
• Personal care and activities of daily living experience.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, incontinence care.
• Ambulation, transfers, gait belt and Hoyer lift assistance as appropriate.
• Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping.
• Transportation/accompaniment to errands and medical appointments.
• Medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance.
• Blood glucose monitoring assistance, Foley care, hospice or bed-bound care when trained.
• Follow the care plan and report changes, concerns, or safety issues.
