Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, respectful, patient and professional caregivers.
• CNA or PCA qualifications/credentials as required.
• Personal care and activities of daily living experience.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Respect for client dignity, privacy, preferences, and home.

Responsibilities

• Personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene and incontinence care.
• Ambulation, transfers with assistive devices when needed.
• Meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping.
• Transportation to errands and medical appointments.
• Medication reminders and range-of-motion assistance.
• Follow the care plan and report changes or safety concerns.
