Qualifications

• Must hold CNA or PCA credentials as required
• Experience in personal care and activities of daily living
• Reliable attendance and clear communication

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting)
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and device usage
• Prepare meals, provide companionship, light housekeeping
• Transportation and accompaniment to appointments and errands
• Medication reminders and range-of-motion assistance
• Follow care plans and report changes or safety concerns
• Occasionally assist with specialized tasks as trained (Hoyer lift, Foley care, hospice support)
