Qualifications

• CNA or PCA qualifications/credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and activities of daily living per care plan.
• Ambulation, transfers, and positioning assistance as appropriate.
• Meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Medication reminders and transportation to appointments.
