Job summary

Right at Home in Newnan is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs for one-on-one in-home care. The role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and benefits, with paid training and opportunities for personal advancement.

You will provide personal care, transportation to appointments, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and help with mobility. You’ll follow care plans and report changes to the supervising team.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials required.
• Experience providing in-home care and ADL support.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Ambulation, transfers, gait belt assistance, and Hoyer lift when appropriate.
• Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping.
• Transportation/accompaniment to errands and medical appointments.
• Medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance.
• Blood glucose monitoring assistance, Foley care, hospice/bed-bound care when trained.
• Follow the care plan and report changes, concerns, or safety issues.
