Job summary

Right at Home is hiring compassionate CNAs and PCAs for one-on-one in-home care in Newnan, GA. You will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, and help clients stay safe and independent at home.

We offer a flexible schedule with same-day pay, training and development, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for pay increases as you grow with our team.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials required (as applicable).
• Personal care and ADL experience is required.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Respect for client dignity, privacy, and home.
• Ability to follow a care plan and report changes or concerns.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts, transfers, Foley care, hospice or bed-bound care is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care
• Ambulation, positioning, transfers, gait belt and Hoyer lift assistance when appropriate
• Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping
• Transportation/accompaniment to errands and medical appointments
• Medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance
• Blood glucose monitoring assistance, Foley care, bed-bound care, and hospice supportive care when trained and appropriate
• Follow the care plan and report changes, concerns, or safety issues
