Right at Home in Georgia is hiring compassionate CNAs and PCAs for in-home, one-on-one care in clients' homes. You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and transportation while following care plans and reporting changes to the team.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials required.
• Personal care and activities of daily living experience.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Respect for client dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Ambulation and transfers with assistive devices as appropriate.
• Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping.
• Transportation to errands and medical appointments.
• Medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance.
• Glucose monitoring, Foley care, hospice/bed-bound care when trained.
• Follow the care plan and report changes or concerns.
