Job summary

Right at Home in Georgia is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs for in-home caregiver work, providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes. The role focuses on helping clients stay safe, independent, and comfortable at home, with flexible scheduling and same-day pay options.

You'll perform personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transport to appointments, following a care plan and reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials required.
• Experience with personal care and ADLs.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Respect for client dignity and home.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Ambulation, positioning, transfers, gait belt and Hoyer lift assistance when appropriate.
• Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping.
• Transportation/accompaniment to errands and medical appointments.
• Medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance.
• Blood glucose monitoring assistance, Foley care, hospice/bed-bound care, when trained.
• Follow the care plan and report changes, concerns, or safety issues.
