Right at Home in the United States is seeking CNAs and PCAs for compassionate, one‑on‑one in‑home care. This role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and comprehensive benefits.

You will work with clients in their homes, providing essential personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, companionship, and support with daily activities. Training and development are provided to advance your skills and earnings.

Formación

• Must be compassionate, dependable and professional in all client interactions.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes or concerns.
• Experience with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and companionship is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility aids as needed.
• Prepare meals, offer companionship, and assist with light housekeeping.
• Transport or accompany clients to errands and appointments.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with range-of-motion exercises when trained.
• Support hospice or end-of-life care as appropriate and instructed.
• Follow the care plan and communicate any changes to the supervising team.
