Right at Home is hiring compassionate CNAs and PCAs for one-on-one in-home care. Join a team focused on keeping clients safe and independent at home, with flexible scheduling and paid training. We offer benefits and opportunities for meaningful, flexible work with local scheduling support.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments, with adherence to individualized care plans and reporting changes as needed.

Qualificações

• CNA or PCA qualifications/credentials as required.
• Personal care and activities-of-daily-living experience.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Respect for client dignity, privacy, preferences, and home.
• Ability to follow a care plan and report changes or concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Ambulation, positioning, transfers, gait belt and Hoyer lift assistance when appropriate.
• Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping.
• Transportation/accompaniment to errands and medical appointments.
• Medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance.
• Blood glucose monitoring assistance, Foley care, bed-bound care, and hospice supportive care when trained and appropriate.
• Follow the care plan and report changes, concerns, or safety issues.
