Job summary

Family Life care is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our in-home care team in Florida. You will provide compassionate, professional care in patients' homes and choose from long-term care or post-acute assignments.

We tailor your schedule to fit your needs and strongly value reliability, empathy, and excellent communication with clients and families. Previous home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour Home Health Aide Certificate from an approved school.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Pass a Level II background check as required by Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.
• Previous home health care experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and ensure nutrition tailored to dietary needs.
• Monitor health status and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Maintain clean living environment with light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Offer memory care support for clients with cognitive impairments and promote safety and engagement.
