Job summary

Family Life Care, Inc. in Florida is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team.

You will deliver compassionate, professional in-home care, supporting clients across the community from children to seniors and veterans. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meals, mobility, observation, memory care, light housekeeping, companionship, and communicating with families and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour Home Health Aide Certificate approved by the State of Florida.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Previous home health care experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Prepare meals and ensure nutritious options tailored to dietary needs.
• Observe patients and report changes in health status to healthcare providers.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain clean living environments with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Provide memory care support for clients with cognitive impairments, ensuring safety.
