Job summary
Family Life Care seeks dedicated CNAs and HHAs to join our home healthcare team, delivering compassionate, professional care in clients' homes and ensuring comfort and safety.
You can choose assignments across long-term care or recovery with a schedule built around your needs. Florida CNA or 75‑hour HHA, CPR certification, and a reliable driver are preferred; prior home health experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Florida CNA license or 75‑hour HHA certificate
- CPR certification required
- Driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Current TB test with negative results
- Ability to pass Level II background check
- Home health care experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong observational skills
- Meal prep, laundry and light cleaning
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow care plans
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
- Observe patients and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities.
- Maintain client homes with light housekeeping.
- Offer memory care support for cognitive clients and promote engagement.
- Follow care plans and coordinate with families.
