Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Lakewood, CO seeks a compassionate CNA to provide in-home, one-on-one care for individuals impacted by energy programs. You’ll assist with ADLs, offer companionship, and support nutrition while following care plans and documenting in EMR.

Full-time day shifts with PTO and health benefits; $1/hr shift differential for nights and weekends. If you’re dependable and mission-driven, join our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active CNA certification (CO).
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.
