Nuclear Care Partners in Port Orchard, WA, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for individuals connected to DOE/Nuclear Energy programs. The role focuses on compassionate, relationship-based care delivered in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Active CNA certification (state-specific).
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Home health, LTC, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.
