Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners seeks a compassionate in-home CNA to support patients in Taos, NM. You will perform ADLs, provide companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and document changes per care plans using EMR standards.

Must hold an active NM CNA certification with CPR, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in a home setting. Experience in home health or hospice is preferred, with compensation at $20/hr plus evening/weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active NM CNA certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Education
